BC Transit Victoria handyDART Centre

To support the expansion of BC Transit’s handyDART service in Victoria, the Province of B.C., the Government of Canada and the Victoria Regional Transit Commission are making significant investments in new transit facilities that support low-carbon fleets, creating more sustainable transportation options that shorten travel times and increase the reliability of public transit.

The new handyDART Centre in View Royal will help respond to the growing needs for handyDART services in Greater Victoria and enable the expansion of conventional transit service.

Our scope for this project includes:

  • Aluminum curtain walls for punched openings, office entries, maintenance building and entries
  • Double glazed for the maintenance building
  • Triple glazed for the offices
  • All aluminum glass doors
  • Auto operators for accessible pathways
  • Glass for pressed steel frames
  • Sky lights on roof
