UBC Wesbrook Place Lot BCR6

Located in the Wesbrook Place community, Lot BCR6 is the site of a new UBC multi-unit residential development at the corner of Wesbrook Mall and Binning Road in Vancouver. The site will be home to an 18-storey market rental high-rise and two 6-storey faculty/staff rental mid-rise apartment buildings, adding a total of 515 residential units to the UBC portfolio.

Our scope for this project includes:

  • Exterior curtain walls
  • Aluminum doors
  • Fire-rated glazing
  • Glass canopies
