The Heights on Austin is a 25-storey mixed-use tower encompassing residential units, offices, and retail space. Located in Coquitlam, the development is perched on top of a hill and offers river and mountain views from every level.

Our scope for this project included:

• Custom extruded large projection sunshades in a woodgrain finish
• Spider glass canopies surrounding the whole building
• Stick built curtain walls for level 1 and 2 podiums
• Commercial aluminum doors for the commercial retail units and glass doors for residential lobbies
