SÕL is a mass timber residential community being constructed in West Coquitlam and featuring a collection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes along with a host of amenities. A unique feature of this project is that SÕL will be built with Adera’s proprietary SmartWood system, a sustainable product that competes with concrete and steel while capturing carbon.
