Located in the Squamish Valley, MTN Village is a mixed-use master-planned community consisting of 107 townhomes, 79 condos, and 80 purpose-built rental units – of which 22 will be designated affordable. It will also include light industrial and commercial spaces, as well as a daycare to cater to families.
