Sky Windows is providing complete glazing solutions for Étoile Gold, a luxury high-rise development set to become the tallest residential building in Burnaby’s Brentwood neighbourhood.
Project Intro
Étoile Gold is a 47-storey luxury condominium tower that will bring 277 units and five levels of amenities to the heart of Brentwood. With expansive balconies offering sweeping views, the project is designed to elevate urban living through architectural detail, interior comfort, and high-performance materials. Sky Windows was selected to deliver both interior and exterior glazing systems that support the project’s aesthetic and structural goals.
The Scope
Sky Windows is supplying and installing exterior and interior curtain walls, aluminum entry doors, and high-performance sliding doors throughout the Étoile Gold tower. As part of the podium-level curtain wall system, the team developed a custom aluminum extrusion to accommodate the project’s curved and segmented design—a tailored solution that aligns with the architectural intent while ensuring structural and aesthetic performance. The scope supports both the building envelope and interior comfort, with a focus on maximizing light, enhancing views, and ensuring functional durability across residential and amenity spaces.
The Outcome
Work is ongoing, but the glazing package reflects Sky Windows’ capacity to deliver customized, premium systems for high-rise residential developments. With a focus on performance, design integrity, and coordination with trades, the team is contributing to the delivery of a landmark project in one of Burnaby’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods.
