Project Intro
Brentwood Block is Brentwood's first pedestrian-only masterplan community. Featuring nearly four acres of car-free public and greenspace right in the heart of the city, this 7.9 acre development will include boutique shops, community spaces, and plenty of restaurants. Sky Windows was chosen to provide both exterior and interior glazing solutions for this landmark project.
The Scope
Sky Windows is supplying and installing exterior curtain walls, interior storefronts, glass canopies, aluminum commercial doors, sliding doors, and skylights for the Brentwood Block project. With the first phase of Brentwood Block consisting of one ownership tower with three collections of residences, the extensive glazing scope focuses on maximizing natural light and sightlines across residential and amenity spaces.
The Outcome
While work is ongoing, this comprehensive glazing package highlights Sky Windows' extensive scope of capabilities when it comes to mixed-use projects balancing the needs of residents and retailers alike. The glazing work supports the project's broader vision to create a community immersed in nature.
